Grilled Sancheesewich
A spicy grilled cheese sanwich

Griiled cheese and sandwich with a spicy kick.

Ingredients:

  1. bread, 4 small slices, 140 g = 5 oz

  2. Salsa Uno Roja, 25 g = 1 oz

  3. sharp cheddar cheese slices, 50 g = 2 oz

  4. butter, 5 g = 1 teaspoon

  5. fresh tomato slices, 60 g = 2 oz

Method:

  1. put half of the butter in a cast iron or non-stick skillet, low-to-medium heat

  2. spread the Salsa Uno Roja on the inside of the bread

  3. place the cheese and tomato slices between the bread slices

  4. place the sanwiches in the pan to start cooking

  5. spread the remaining butter on the top piece of bread

  6. turn the sandwiches several times until the cheese is melted and the bread is brown and crisp
