Grilled Sancheesewich
A spicy grilled cheese sanwich
Griiled cheese and sandwich with a spicy kick.

Ingredients:
-
bread, 4 small slices, 140 g = 5 oz
-
Salsa Uno Roja, 25 g = 1 oz
-
sharp cheddar cheese slices, 50 g = 2 oz
-
butter, 5 g = 1 teaspoon
-
fresh tomato slices, 60 g = 2 oz

Method:
-
put half of the butter in a cast iron or non-stick skillet, low-to-medium heat
-
spread the Salsa Uno Roja on the inside of the bread
-
place the cheese and tomato slices between the bread slices
-
place the sanwiches in the pan to start cooking
-
spread the remaining butter on the top piece of bread
-
turn the sandwiches several times until the cheese is melted and the bread is brown and crisp
