Ingredients by weight:

  1. raw chicken (breast, tender, or hindquarter), 500 g = 

  2. Salsa Uno Roja, 60 g = 2 oz

  3. salt, 5 g = 0.17 oz, about 2 teaspoons

  4. extra virgin olive oil, 7 g = 0.25 oz, about 1 tablespoon

  5. garnishes: chopped cilantro, lime wedges

Method:

  1. Mix the chicken, Salsa Uno Roja, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.

  2. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

  3. Grill to 75°C = 165°F.

  4. Serve, garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
