Ingredients by weight:

raw chicken (breast, tender, or hindquarter), 500 g =

Salsa Uno Roja, 60 g = 2 oz

salt, 5 g = 0.17 oz, about 2 teaspoons

extra virgin olive oil, 7 g = 0.25 oz, about 1 tablespoon

garnishes: chopped cilantro, lime wedges

Method:

Mix the chicken, Salsa Uno Roja, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.

Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

Grill to 75°C = 165°F.
